1. Orders & Confirmation
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are considered confirmed once the required details and payment, where applicable, have been successfully completed.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated without prior notice. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
3. Catering Orders
Catering orders may require advance notice depending on the selected menu, package, quantity, and event requirements. Customers must provide accurate information regarding the event date, time, location, and number of guests.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order should be made as early as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be accepted once food preparation has started or ingredients have been purchased specifically for the order.
5. Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, order volume, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Food Quality & Storage
Food should be consumed or stored according to the provided instructions and within an appropriate period after delivery. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
7. Menu & Product Availability
Menu items, ingredients, presentation, and availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer to offer a suitable alternative.
8. Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Refunds may not be available for prepared food, completed catering orders, or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Customer Information
Customer information will be used for order processing, delivery, communication, and providing our services. Personal information will be handled with appropriate care.
Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:
Milk/Dairy, Eggs, Wheat/Gluten, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Soy, Fish, and Shellfish.
Although reasonable care is taken during food preparation, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens due to the possibility of cross-contact during preparation.
Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements must inform us before placing or confirming their order.
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing menu descriptions, ingredients where provided, allergen information, quantities, delivery details, and other order information before confirming their purchase.
